TIME-MANAGEMENT

Everyday I hear the same plea from the mothers I work with: THEY WANT MORE TIME!

They are all struggling to fit within our 24-hour day, all the things they have got on their to-do lists.

As a result of this time pressure, they feel rushed and stressed all the time.

I wonder if you feel the same. Do you wake up on a Sunday morning feeling overwhelmed by all the tasks you have set for yourself? Clean the house, cook a Sunday Roast, call your mum, remember to give your kid some attention, and your husband, paint your nails, go to the park etc…HELP!!!!

I know this problem too well. Being a mother of 2 and an entrepreneur, I have fought against time for a very long time. I decided to address this. By changing my relationship with time and working on my time consciousness daily, I was able to adopt a more relaxed lifestyle and actually CREATE MORE TIME IN MY LIFE.

Yes, CREATE TIME. 

This is the first concept you need to grasp in order to stop seeing yourself as a victim of time. It’s called Einstein Time by Gay Hendrix who wrote the Big Leap. Einstein time is about remembering that we are where time comes from. In the same way that we can co-create the life we want, Love, Abundance and Success we can also create TIME. 

So what does that mean in practical terms? It means that when you DECIDE that you will have enough time to do what you want to do, your energy shifts. Time stretches out to accommodate your need and you become able to fit it all in. Naturally. Try this for yourself: Decide what you want to do tonight and DECIDE that you have all the time you need to do these things well and enjoy doing them. However, make sure you don’t put too much on your plate because you’ll have indigestion (literally! Lol)

SINGLE TASKING is a game-changer. Do one thing at a time. Focus. Give people your undivided attention. Decrease Stress. Increase Productivity.

SCHEDULING is what all successful people do. It’s about making full use of your diary and scheduling in your daily routine. Remember to factor in self-care. I can’t stress this enough.

There are a lot more ways to create a more relaxed life and juggle everything without feeling overwhelmed so watch out for more insight from me on my online space. I think this is a good starting point.
