Clients are CREATED not ATTRACTED
Yes, there is a place for Email Marketing and Social Media Content but if you want to CREATE a client today, you can! Clients are created through service. You, actually talking to a prospect and solving one of their problems TODAY.
When you play the game of ATTRACTION, you have no control over how many new clients you’ll get or when you’ll get them.
In the game of CREATION, on the other hand, you get to decide to enrol a new client this month if you want! All you have to do is find someone with just the kind of problems you can solve, and solve it for them! Even before you get hired!
Client Creation is a magical skill to have as an agency owner.
It’s like becoming a fisherman and knowing how to fish! You’ll never worry ever again about running out of fish right?!
I teach my clients how to do this all the time. If you want to acquire a new client this month, your job is to figure out a way to enter a conversation with them. And once you’re in front of them, inside of a conversation, help them as if they were already your client!
You’ll get hired in no time.
2. Managing a Remote Team is easy
A lot of people ask me: “How can I get the most out of my Remote Team?”.
My answer is always the same.
Spend time with them.
Slack messages don’t count!
But live conversations go a long way to creating strong relationships with people.
When you spend time with your team, individually and collectively, you actually get them to buy into your vision as the CEO of the company.
When you get their buy-in, you get their loyalty.
And when you get their loyalty, you get their best.
Spend time communicating your vision, teaching them, coaching them, and training them.
When you invest time in your people, guess what happens. They thrive.
I like to pay attention to my own team members.
I like starting meetings with a long check-in about what’s going on in their lives.
We are colleagues but we are friends also.
Then we get to work.
As a strong team who know each other and spend time together every week to support one another.
Successful agency owners spend as much time with their team as they do with their clients. Those are the two most important groups of people you are serving as the Founder of your organisation.
3. Scaling an agency is actually quite simple
Yep! It’s just math!
Have your revenue be more than your costs, and you’re onto something.
Know your numbers.

When you are clear on the money, it helps to keep things simple.
When you enrol a new client and you have extra cash coming in, it’s time to hire a new team member.
