My 3 Demons: Drugs. Anxiety. Depression

Only a few short years ago, my life looked completely different.

I was in an abusive relationship.
Recovering from 5 years of Drug Addiction.
And I suffered from panic attacks on public transport + mild depression.

There you go.
I have just described by entire twenties in 3 short sentences.
Shazam!

Looking back, I can see that I was wrestling with my 3 demons: Drugs, Anxiety and Depression.
I hated myself and treated myself very harshly.

It would be impossible for me to give you one single turning point.
There were so many…
Like the day I shaved my head and decided to stop smoking weed (25 years old)
The day I hired my first coach coach (29 years old)
The day I had a stroke due to burn out (29 years old)
The day I decided to take my 2 children and move into a houseshare (31 years old)

I created my life one decision at a time.
And every single time I had to face my biggest fears.
Did I have what it takes to succeed in my business?
What if I didn’t make it?
Was I going to end up depressed and completely alone like my mother?

Fast forward to now…I can barely relate to those past versions of me.
I feel humbled to see how Life has carried me through and how I was always supported.
Always protected.

My life is much better now but I still have to be brave and consistent.
I am running a busy practice full of Soulmate clients from various industries and various parts of the world.
I am raising a young blended family of 5 children…and a cat, let’s not forget him.
In the daytime, I create magic in the office.
I keep the kitchen humming in the evening…

I treat myself like an Olympic Athlete.
To keep my insecurities at bay and serve my clients at the highest levels, I created an array of support systems and habits:

  • I am VERY protective of my sleep. I need 7 hours to be a happy human. I keep the same sleep routine everyday of the week including week-ends.

  • I have a team. My Coach, my psychotherapist, my Personal Assistant Hima, my housekeepers (one is a cleaning goddess, the other cooks the best soups for us), my babysitter, my girls’ hairdresser…one might say I am pretty high-maintenance.

  • I run and practice yoga several times a week. My yoga muse is Cole Chance (check her out on Youtube she is a goddess)

  • I am French…so it’s all about good food and butter in our house! Brownie…if required.

  • Every week, I work closely with my coach to become an even more powerful coach and continue to create gorgeous multiple 5-figure months

That’s what goes on behind the scenes.
That’s what it takes for me to continue to go do good work in the world and be happy.

I want the same for you.
I want you to find your sweet spot.
Your own work-life balance.
Your own rituals and habits that will accelerate your success.
Your own version of happiness.
