ZUMBA, STUDYING IN MY CAR AND DESIRE MAPPING

I wanted to give you an insight on what's happening behind the scenes of my business.

Having 2 young children, running a business and maintaining a home are not always easy things to juggle.

With winter coming up and my business getting busier and busier, I decided to make self-care a priority.

After all, if I'm good, everybody is good right?

So I go to Zumba classes every Wednesday. I love everything latino and I am a Salsa lover so it ticks all the boxes for me.

I am always up levelling my level of expertise and, believe it or not, most of my studying is done in the car whilst I'm driving.

Honestly, the car and the shower are my 2 favourite places to learn because I am an audio learner and it's a good way to get my reading done without having to sit down and read as such.

For those of you, who like me have a tight schedule, I strongly recommend audio books and training BUT do take time to actually sit down and do the exercises recommended in order to implement your learning.

I like to wake up at 6pm to start my day with meditation, followed by coffee, followed by a bit of work before I wake the kids up.

Mornings are the best time of the day to get yourself in a High Vibe Mindset but do make sure you get at least 7 hours of sleep in order to enjoy them :-)

I am also going back to Desire Mapping this week because I want to make sure my life and my business are aligned with my Core Desired Feelings.

I always go back to my core and make time to tune in with myself in order to make sure MY choices are MY choices (rather than other people's or society's expectations)

Have you heard of Desire Mapping?

If you haven't it's a MUST for you if you want to get clear on what you want out of life and actually create your life and your business by design.

Get your hands on the Desire Map Planner if you want to get started.

It's a beautiful way to manage your time in a way that feels good to you and that is aligned with your soul.

I use mine every single day and I can't wait to get my next one.

I think I'll go for the weekly coloured edition this time.
