3 WAYS TO STOP WORRYING ABOUT MONEY
How much time do you spend worrying about money?
The way you think about money has everything to do with your bank balance.
Very simply put. The more you worry about money, the less money you'll have.
Why? Because the more you operate on a frequency of lack, scarcity and fear, the more of that you will attract.
How do I know this?
Because all of this Woo Woo stuff was only Woo Woo until I started using it and manifested more money in my life.
Yep! The way you think truly has an impact on your bottom line.
So here are 3 ways to stop worrying about money:
1 - Be and Feel Grateful for the money you have. If you are overdrawn, then be grateful for the money you have available to spend.
VERY IMPORTANT: Banish the words "I can't afford" from your vocabulary! It keeps you at a low frequency and closes your mind to a whole world of possibilities.
2 - Feel good when you purchase something. Next time you treat yourself to a cup of coffee, feel grateful instead of feeling guilty. You will signal the Universe that you want more of that (vs more lack)
3 - Replace all worry thoughts with 1 question only: "How can I manifest £X in order to buy X?". This question will condition your mind to get creative and come up with incredible solutions.
This mindset shift is not going to happen overnight but if you apply yourself daily to shifting your thoughts around money, you'll start experiencing a lot more abundance in your life.
